Delete your account
You can remove your account at any time — here is exactly how.
You can delete your Aura account and the information attached to it at any time.
In the app
Open the Aura app → Profile → Delete account, and confirm. The account and its booking history are removed.
Ask us to do it
Message us on WhatsApp or call the number at the bottom of this page, from the mobile number on the account, and say you would like the account deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
Your name, mobile number, email address, saved preferences, appointment history and any loyalty points.
What we have to keep
Receipts and payment records for completed sales, because tax and accounting rules require us to keep them. They are kept only for that purpose and are not used to contact you.
