Bookings

A booking made here is a request for a time. It is confirmed once we call you, or immediately when you pay an advance online. Please arrive about ten minutes early; arriving more than fifteen minutes late may mean a shorter appointment or rescheduling, since the artist after you is already booked.

Advance payments

Some services and all bridal packages ask for an advance to hold the date. The advance comes off the final bill. Paying online is optional unless we say otherwise for your booking — you are always welcome to pay at the salon.

Changing or cancelling

You can move or cancel a normal appointment free of charge up to four hours before it starts. Inside four hours, or if you do not come, the advance may be kept to cover the artist's held time.

Bridal bookings hold a whole day or more and have their own terms, which we go through with you when you book.

Prices

Prices on this site come straight from our system and can change. The price confirmed when you book is the price you pay, unless you add services on the day.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for the period printed on them, can be used at any branch, cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance stays on the voucher.

Results

Beauty treatments differ from person to person. Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, recent treatments or medication before we start so we can choose products that suit you.
